Eternal God,
We thank you for stepping into our world,
becoming human and living among us in time and space.
We are grateful that you, the One God we struggle to grasp,
revealed yourself to the world in Jesus Christ
and continue to meet us and transform us through your Holy Spirit.
God revealed in Jesus Christ,
in our struggles, our isolation, our disconnect,
reveal yourself through your Son by the Holy Spirit.
God revealed in Jesus Christ,
to those who serve, who care, who deliver, who minister,
reveal yourself through your Son by the Holy Spirit.
God revealed in Jesus Christ,
where there is hatred, division, unrest, violence,
reveal yourself through your Son by the Holy Spirit.
God revealed in Jesus Christ,
where there is suffering, pain, illness, death,
reveal yourself through your Son by the Holy Spirit.
God of eternity,
beyond us and yet with us,
hear our prayer.
